Oceans and oceans
For the past two days I have done nothing, absolutely nothing remotely productive. Sunday's only venture into the outside world was to take Sarah back to the train station at 7 in the freaking morning (= way too early). And today? Monday? Never. I never left the building. I only left my apartment twice - once to check my mail, the other to meet Dave at the front door.

Now normally, I wouldn't care about my lack of social activities - but Sarah's visit this weekend lead to the purchase of many.. shall we say.. decadent foods, which are now in my sole possesion. And with nothing else to do, I've been forced to, um, indulge in these foods like a lonely depressed housewife (or maybe a lonely depressed college student?). I mean.. it's been crazy. All I've done the last 2 days is fucking eat and sleep. I blame the weather - it's dark and cloudy and cold and slightly snowy. I need to get out of here or else I'm going to gain 100lbs by the end of the week :\ And what's this week, on Thursday? Why Thanksgiving of course. Thankfully, I don't actualy like most Thanksgiving foods.. turkey, stuffing, gravey, cranberries - no thanks. I usually just eat a bit to not look insane next to the rest of my family happily partaking in the foods.

Hopefully this year my cousin won't be bringing a boyfriend to make out with on my bed (though, I don't actually have a bed at home anymore...) this year. Wet spots suck.

The DSL situation is confusing me. I got the installation CD in the mail on Saturday - but the hardware has yet to make it here. Is this normal? Do they usually do this kinda thing? It seems.. wrong. The funny thing was the envelope with the installation CD said "time sensitive: must be delivered by Nov 19th" ----- Saturday was the 22nd. I have a suspicion that the package with the modem is actually being held captive by the crazy Chinese lady who holds the ones too big to fit in the mailbox.

That bitch.
